1240% Dividend Per Share By AMC company: The record date for ICICI Prudential Asset Management Company Ltd (AMC)'s final dividend falls next week. The AMC has fixed June 12 (Friday) as the record date to determine eligible shareholders for the dividend payout of Rs 12.40 per equity share.
Rs 12.40 Per Share Final Dividend
In a regulatory filing, the company has recommended a final dividend of Rs 12.40 per share of face value Re 1 for the financial year ended March 31, 2026. The proposed dividend is subject to approval by members at the ensuing Annual General Meeting (AGM), after which it will be paid to the eligible shareholders.

An eligible shareholder is one whose name will appear on the company's records on the record date. And only those will be eligible to receive the dividend.

Final Dividend Follows Interim Payout in FY26
ICICI Prudential Asset Management Company Ltd paid an interim dividend of Rs 14.85 per share earlier in the financial year. The ex-date of which was January 21, 2026. The upcoming final dividend adds to the total shareholder payout for FY26.

Q4 FY26 Profit Rises Over 10%
ICICI Prudential AMC reported a net profit of Rs 763.42 crore in the fourth quarter of FY26, reflecting a 10.37 per cent year-on-year increase compared to Rs 691.71 crore in the same quarter last year.

However, profit declined 16.76 per cent quarter-on-quarter from Rs 917.09 crore in the previous quarter.
Revenue from operations rose 19.53 per cent year-on-year to Rs 1,517.01 crore in the March quarter, compared to Rs 1,269.19 crore in the same period last year.
Customer Base and Assets Under Management Grow
The company reported 1.7 crore unique customers as of March 31, 2026, up from 1.46 crore a year earlier.
Its mutual fund quarterly average assets under management (QAAUM) stood at Rs 11,047.87 billion, compared with Rs 8,794.12 billion in the year-ago quarter. The firm maintained a 13.5 per cent market share.
Its QAAUM in actively managed funds stood at Rs 9,206.15 billion for Q4 FY26, with a market share of 13.7 per cent, in comparison to Rs 7,552.29 billion for the quarter ended March 31, 2025.
The firm logged Rs 6,204.01 billion in QAAUM in Equity & Equity-oriented schemes, with a market share of 14.2 per cent, from Rs 4,876.52 billion for the same period last year.
It recorded Rs 2,177.97 billion in Equity-Oriented Hybrid QAAUM, with a market share of 26.7 per cent as compared to Rs 1,653.08 billion for the quarter ended March 31, 2025.
Alternate QAAUM stood at Rs 729.95 billion for Q4 FY26, which comprised Portfolio Management Services (PMS) QAAUM of Rs 268.27 billion, Alternative Investment Fund (AIF) QAAUM of Rs 170.33 billion, and Assets under Advisory of Rs 291.34 billion.

ICICI Prudential AMC shares closed at Rs 3,260 on the NSE, down 1.64 per cent or Rs 54.20 in the latest session. The stock has a market capitalisation of Rs 1.61 lakh crore, with a 52-week high of Rs 3,611 and a 52-week low of Rs 2,530.
